This is the copy of masterpiece - "Resurrection" Jacek Malczewski.The original picture is exposed in Nationaly Museum in Poznań.
The author of this picture is my favourite artist (b. 15 July 1854 in Radom d. 8 October 1929 in Krakow) was one of the most famous painters of Polish symbolism.
He created a specific kind of art, one traditional in form, but also one with a strong literary content, that is, he produced paintings that clearly tell some sort of story.
